Thank you to all who helped with our Chowdah Challenge!

The Professional Firefighters of Hampton Local 2664, would like to thank all who participated in “The Chowdah Challenge”, a fundraiser for The IAFF Burn Foundation. The event was successful in raising over $1,500, the most the Chowdah Challenge has raised in its 4 years. Local 2664 is happy to continue with all of our fundraising efforts put on throughout the year, and we would like to thank the community for their continued support at all of our events. Congratulations to the winners, 1st place Sharron’s Sea Grill, 2nd place McGuirk’s Restaurant, 3rd place The 401 Tavern, and the People’s Choice Award went to McGuirk’s Restaurant.
We would also like to thank all of our donations for prizes, Great Bay Pottery, who made the excellent “chowdah” mugs. A thank you goes out to all of the donated raffle prizes, Eastman’s Fishing and Whale Watching, Eastman’s Dockside Dining, Al Gauron Deep Sea Fishing and Whale Watching, Al Gauron Luncheonette, Ida Mae’s Deli, Wally’s Pub, The Ocean Walk, McGuirk’s Restaurant, and Momma Leone Restaurant. A special thanks to everyone that donated a chowdah, without the chowdahs the event couldn’t happen.
